Andy Rodgers

Chief Executive Officer

Andy is the CEO of Carbon Earth. His role in Carbon Earth is to support and develop this business and its staff, explore and develop future opportunities, while growing and developing the internal structures and processes of the organisation to ensure it has the capacity to grow and prosper.

Prior to joining Carbon Earth, Andy has worked as a senior executive and business leader for over 20 years in various industries including sustainability, agriculture, education and commodities export.

Llew Eynon

Chief Financial Officer
Director

Llew has been a practising accountant for 32 years and has been the managing director and founder of LG Accounting Solutions for the past 24 years. He grew up on a W.A. wheat belt farm and has first-hand knowledge of the farming practices surrounding soil conservation and farm management.

His accounting experiences range from tax compliance to cash flow modelling to succession planning to ongoing analysis and advice for business, and as he says, ‘the heart of our work is this: our business is about relationships and trust.’ He holds a B.Bus from Curtin University.

Adam White

Chief Development Officer

Before joining Carbon Earth, Adam was involved in processing and distributing seafood and meat products, gaining skills in quality control and compliance. His transition to Carbon Earth reflects a commitment to environmental stewardship, contributing to initiatives that transform waste into valuable resources. As Carbon Earth expands, Adam’s expertise is crucial for driving our sustainability goals.

Jordan Gill

Chief Technology Officer

Jordan is Chief Technology Officer at Carbon Earth, leading the charge in deploying and optimizing our innovative waste processing technology across all sites. With a background as a skilled mechanic, Jordan brings a hands-on approach to managing the integration of our systems, ensuring seamless operations from waste input to final product output. His role encompasses overseeing research and development, consulting on-site, and solving complex challenges to enhance the efficiency of our technology. Jordan’s expertise ensures that materials are processed effectively – before, during, and after digestion – delivering sustainable, high-quality fertilizer for our clients. Passionate about advancing circular economy solutions, he is dedicated to driving Carbon Earth’s mission of transforming organic waste into valuable resources.

James Sutherland

Director & Chair

James is a founding shareholder in Carbon Earth. James founded and operates Office Solutions IT, which currently supports 8,000 users for a growing 400-strong client-base across Australia. He helps the CEO and CFO deliver best-in-class support services that take care of the complex business of managing IT. This enables his clients to invest more time and energy to drive business value and growth.

John Csallo

Founding Director

John was the co-founder of Carbon Earth and sole director of Carbon Cycle, having previously worked as an Air Traffic Flight Data Analyst as well as serving in the Australian Defence Force.

He was initially introduced to the technology due to his knowledge of the composting industry.

Geoff Gill

Director

Geoff Gill is the founder and managing director of the West Australian transport company, GMG Haulage. The business has become the preferred transport partner for some of the leading names in the W.A.’s compost industry. It has facilitated the transport of over 30,000 tons annually. GMG Haulage works closely with industry leaders to deliver a dependable and secure transport service. The company specializes in the transport of a variety of manures, including chicken and pig manure.
